FAQ:

"In House" - this means a product is received and ready to ship from our warehouse in either New Jersey, California, or Utah. Please note that processing can still take up to 7 to 10 business days depending on payment processing delays.

"Market Items" - this means we are showing items at Vendor's Showrooms or Market that may be delayed due to the surplus of orders they are receiving. These items can take 14+ business days to ship from the Vendor to our warehouse, than to receive, and than to be picked and shipped to you.

"Pre-Order / PO" - this means that the Vendor does not currently have the product and is providing a date stated above for the item to arrive to their warehouse. Please add an additional 7 to 14 business days for these items to arrive to our warehouse, be received, and picked before starting to ship to you.

"VIBE" - this is our very important boutique exclusive membership. Each member gets FREE shipping on all orders, including Pre-Authorizations and Pre-Orders for the entire month as well as exclusive deals. Please click the link below for more information:
