These are interesting times and we don't know what to expect. We anticipate this return policy to stay in affect for at least the next 45 days and our brick and mortar store until further notice. We accept returns on all full-price orders within 2 days from the day the delivery date according to USPS tracking was delivered. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped. There will be no more returns on jewelry only exchanges if broken. Items should be unworn, unscented, pet-hair-free, with tags attached in order to be approved by one of the members of our team. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on items that aren’t damaged. We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. We offer handpicked exchanges with returned cardigans, covers, tops, sweaters, and other clothing.
To return items please view the video below or read through the attached Return Form. Be sure to include your name, and order number with a detailed full description on how and why you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please be sure to include photos if necessary.
Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.
No Returns, No Exceptions: the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances for the safety of our employees and customers. Leggings, Legging Shorts, Head Bands, Hats, Head Wraps, Onesies, Intimates, Body Suits, and Shoes. Shoes must be tried on at the date of delivery with a sock on a carpeted floor. We cannot accept any returns on shoes that have been worn or show any signs of worn damage.
International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
- All sale merchandise is final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Artisan Jewelry line cannot be returned. Please make your selections with care and carefully review all product information before making a purchase.
