No more emails for returns/damages/preorders

-preorders will be updated on the website under the HOT TAB. Or you can search for the number and read the description. There will be a date we ordered and than a date when we have shipped out to you. If the product is no longer available from vendor we will reach out to you with full refund.
**DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR ORDER FULFILLMENT SYSTEM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, CHANGED, OR EDITED ONCE PLACED**
-we will be accepting ALL RETURNS for *STORE CREDIT ONLY*
* No wigs or personal intimacy items can be returned.

-must have tags
-no animal/pet hair or any stains
-within 7 days of delivery
-20% restocking fee
-damages/dupes within 3 days of confirmed received via tracking will not have to pay shipping or restocking fee. (We will refund standard shipping costs)
-we are not responsible for shipping
-must include print out form or hand written form that includes name, order number and more you’ll see on the website.
-ALL discounted, on sale, beauty, makeup, personal, intimates, accessories, gift cards

-once your items are approved within 30 days
you’ll either get a text or email for refund/credit.
-coupons/vouchers/digital gift cards DO have an expiration date. Please make sure to use them in the proper spot when checking out.
-these are also ONE TIME USE to you. No cash value/returns/exchanges when using coupons/gift cards/vouchers.
