Return Policy

Returns will be issued as store vouchers ONLY.

  • You must email us with your intent to return eligible items within 5 days of receiving your order. You will receive an RA number to include in the return packaging. Returns for in stock items must include: Original clear bag with SKU number and original tags. All other returns must include original packaging and tags. Failure to include packaging will result in a 25% restocking fee.
  • We have multiple return addresses.  Failure to email us prior to your sending a return may result in NO store voucher. 
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a store voucher.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Returns for "In stock" items MUST include clear packaging with SKU sticker that the item came in, failure to provide the clear packaging will result in a 25% restocking fee.  All other returns must include original packaging and tags, or be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
  • Categories of items that cannot be returned include the following: all skincare and cosmetics  jewelry, hair accessories, shoes, handbags, bralettes, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, scarves, sunglasses, and leggings.  If you fail to preauthorize a return and send one of these items; we will contact you to offer you the chance to have the item returned to you; or the item will be disposed of. In either case NO voucher will be given and customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Any purchases using discount codes, account credits or vouchers are Final Sale, no returns.
  • Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale, no returns.
  • Mystery bags/mystery gifts, sale/Clearance items are Final Sale, no returns.
  • Market items are Final Sale,  no cancellations, no returns. 
  • Shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

 Where do I send my returns to?

Please send an email to for the return authorization and address.

 What else will be required of me?

You must send a follow up email to to provide the tracking information for the package return. This information is mandatory in order to receive the store voucher.  Failure to email us with the tracking information may result in NO store voucher. 

 How will I receive my store voucher?

An email will be sent within 3 business days of receiving the returned item with your store voucher code.

Defective items: All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.

In the event a TOST vendor is unable to fulfill an order, TOST will issue a voucher to the purchaser. There are no credit card refunds.
