The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
* Wigs, Personal and/or Intimacy items, (Including, but not limited to Pasties, Bralettes, leggings, active wear, sports bras, teeth whitening kits, etc.) Makeup, Brushes, Hair Care, Wellness items (including, but not limited to Oils, Gummies, Self Tanner, Perfume, etc.) Accessories, Hats, Jewelry (including but not limited to earrings), Belts, Hair Accessories, Market & Show items, Sale Items (((If the price is higher on your tag than you know it was discounted))), Promotional Items, and Shoes
TOST reserves the right to refuse and decline any pre-approval for Returned Items.
IF YOUR RETURN HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED AND/OR THE ITEM(S) DO NOT MATCH THE INVOICE NUMBER, YOUR RETURN WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RETURNED TO SENDER AT YOUR OWN COST.

-within 7 days of delivery

-must include approved RA print out via text or package will automatically be RETURNED TO SENDER
